PSYCHIATRIC REHABILITATION PROGRAM (PRP)
The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) at HSOM aims to help people with mental illnesses achieve more independence. The PRP program helps participants find and coordinate services and resources in their communities, ensuring that each individual receives the best treatment and care available.
Adults and Children with serious and persistent mental illness are eligible for Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs (PRP). Trained psychiatric rehabilitation practitioners give services both on and offshore. The local area provides transportation to and from the institution.
Skills are assessed beginning at registration and on a regular basis throughout a member's term at the PRP.

REHABILITATION GROUPS
The success of an addict’s treatment requires the support of an entire community. SUPPORTIVE RESIDENTIAL TRANSITIONAL HOUSING REFERRAL SERVICE PROVIDER
HSOM provides clients with access to supportive short-term housing in a safe, service-enriched, drug-free family oriented setting through our housing referral program. HSOM staff help the residents establish and achieve goals for rebuilding their lives and locating stable housing.
HSOM Housing program assists clients with:
Reunify with family and love ones
Successfully Transition into "sober-free" Independent Living
Securing Job Training and Gainful Employment
Referral Services to Assist Clients to Secure and Live in a Supportive Community that Promotes Sobriety
Supportive Counseling & Meetings
Assistance with obtaining Public Assistance
